The house of representatives on tuesday passed for second reading a bill to repeal the ministry of finance incorporated act 1959 and reenact the ministry of finance act. The nigerian senate has on wednesday, july 24, 2024, passed the amendment bill of the 2023 finance act and increased the windfall levy on banks’ foreign exchange.
